Studied Faculty of Law of the Comenius University of Bratislava. In the past, he has worked as director of Belimex, a.s. and later as member of the board of directors and corporate lawyer of DOPRAVPROJEKT, a.s. He also has been named member of statutory bodies of several important companies. In the field of advocacy his specialization is real estate. From 2006 he represented the Slovak owner of DeTeImmobilien-Slovakia, s.r.o. (later STRABAG Property and Facility Services s.r.o.) In 2010 ha was named statutory representative and chief executive officer of STRABAG Property and Facility Services s.r.o.
