Company history

STRABAG Property and Facility Services s.r.o. was established in 2006 as the legal successor of the outsourced Section of real estate and internal services management of Slovak Telekom, a.s. The most important milestones in its history are:

until 2001 – regional branches of Technical and administration services (Technické a hospodárske služby, THS)

2001 - centralization: creation of Section of real estate and internal services management

09/2002 - outsourcing of craftworks (headcount 320)

09/2003 – outsourcing of all blue collar workers  and direct management levels 

05/2006 - establishment of DeTeImmobilien - Slovakia

09/2006 - start of operaton (number of employees 200)

10/2008 - sale of the German mother company to STRABAG SE

03/2009 - rebranding to STRABAG Property and Facility Services s.r.o.
